For the second time this year we were called to a swan incident at the Palace. This time the team actually got to go inside rather than just outside by the gates. This cygnet managed to crash land on a balcony (no, not the one overlooking the Mall) inside the palace and needed to be rescued and treated for minor cuts and bruises. Learning how to fly can be a painful experience.
